Since we can get our application running properly and customers
are unhappy we are as very apologetic to them. We will do anything
to appease them until the problem is fixed. This includes allowing
them to download whatever they want.

One of my uncertainties relates to the integrity of my FB install
since I have run umpteen updaters and crashed it hundreds of times.
I asked for access to a complete downloadable version and the
answer they gave me was "NO"! I had to buy diskettes by mail.
It is obvious from this list I am not the only one having problems.
I understand problems they have with development but I don't under-
stand this sort of attitude. I have switched to RealBasic. It is
beta and in three solid days of work I've only had about 2 crashes.
And I can download from them no problem and they answer email
quickly and are very accomodating. And thank god there are no
resource files.
