Just upgraded to 5.4.7 and coincidentally all my projects that use folders
as resources in the Editor's Project Window now has a redline through
their name, the icon is a file (rather than folder) and the program does
not compile.

I cannot seem to insert the folder back into the project window by
dragging and the menu options only allow file (not folder inserts).

This has stopped all my development efforts so I looked forward to some
good advice on how to proceed or whether there is a bug fix available.
