I agree.

In my humble opinion the Mac programming environment is getting more complicated than it needs to be. I always appreciated Staz's strong efforts to keep FutureBasic simple so that people who were not full time programmers could write useful software (which is more powerful and flexible than databases) which would help them be more productive in their jobs and hobbies. The Basic language with FB's extensions a great environment. I suspect that the Windows world has a plethora of good procedural and object oriented Basic development environments. It seems to me that someone/group could make money continuing FB as an easy to use programming alternative to C.
