You can also sell it from elsewhere, the AppStore is not exclusive. But, in
the AppStore version, you cannot have any copy protection (relies on Apple
AppStore signature/certification) or require any items to be installed on
the Mac except the double-clickable single icon application itself, it must
all be self-contained. Examples, documentation, etc, not allowed unless
stored within the application bundle itself.
