Several months ago I downloaded the PICT to BMP code from the Japanese site.
(Mr. Furuhata's or Osamu Shigematsu's site?)
The code worked fine. I may have tweaked something, but basically I think it
works pretty much as is.
The comments are in Japanese, but the commands are FB.
