Unless Apple removes support in 10.7, the issues for 10.7 are the same as they were for 10.6, 10.5 and 10.4. I’m assuming you’re familiar with the old issues (since they have been discussed almost ad nausem) and are interested in any show stoppers for FSSpecs and 10.7.

I concur with Ken’s recommendation. Move to CFURLRefs and compatibility won’t be an issue.
