I am struggling to convert my large FB4 program to FB5. I corrected all of the FBtoC errors (identified by trying to open my FB4 project with FBtoC) that prohibited starting in FB5. I am running OS 10.6.7 and FB 5.5.1.
When I start FB5 and initially open my FB4 project using the project name of SueverInvoiceMod.π the project window is properly displayed. When I try to compile the program with FB5 i get the following window
I press continue and then the windows with warnings and FB5 errors appear. A new project file name SueverInvoiceMod. with an apple icon is added to the folder. I can now start correcting FB5 identified errors.
When I quit FB5 I get the following window
I press the continue button and FB5 quits. When I try to reopen the project with either of the two project names now in my project folder I get the following window.
The project window will no longer display the name of my include files. I get the following window and the OK button cause a project window to appear with no file names.
The only way I can restart FB5 is to delete the project name with the apple icon and start again project name with the pi icon.
Can someone tell me what I should do to correct this?
