This may be out of line (hope not under the circumstances) but about two weeks ago a friend sent the following comic strip to me.

My reply to him follows the comic, word for word.

Why, to run Apple. What else?

A true visionary in every sense of the work. We all have benefitted from his time on earth. And never once did he let on how bad he really was. Stood tall to the very end. Who could have guess what the day after iPhone 5 would bring. His legacy will be hard burden for anyone to carry on but as they say, "Life goes On". Many of us actually used his first computers back in 'the day'.

Would be great to think that he has gone to a higher place but maybe he was already there. You don't much higher than that.

His visions will be miss and remembered at the same time.
