It would be nice to convert authors list in literature cited section of
articles or books as follows :
GRIMONT, P.A.D., SMITH, A.B., JONES, C.D.
into
Grimont, P.A.D., Smith, A.B., Jones, C.D.
(lower case except for initial capital).

This would make it an everyday tool in academic institutions.
