Anyone know how to assign a name to a FB document being printed so that
the name is displayed in the print monitor display?


Also, there are certain printed documents that are always to print two
copies in landscape mode. All printing routines go through the standard
Apple/FB print dialogs. Is there any way to set the Apple print manager
in FB to automatically print two copies of certain documents so the user
doesn't have to change from one to two copies each time? What about
automatically setting the Apple print manager for landscape in FB?
