As I recall, the Hurdler card was sold (and probably manufactured) by
Creative Solutions (the developers of MacForth development language for the
Mac).  I don't know if they still exist with that same name but they used
to be located in Maryland. Let me know and I'll email all the (old) info I
have. They had lots of code to use the Hurdler (although it might have been
using the MacForth assembler and Forth) and would be the best source if
they are available.
