Yo, Charlie,

The problem in Matt's application was not File Exchange. (At least not as
far as the LOF problem.) It was a bug in something else he was doing. There
is no 8.5 LOF bug in FB.

Matt had to remove the File Exchange to re-install FB since it destroys
resorce handling during install. He did not have to remove a File Manager.
