I have written a PG filter for Navigation Services DCOD, which is named
xFiles$.FLTR v2.
It use Navigation Services if it available, if not, it use automatically use
SFPUTFILE and SFGETFILE, and that dialog is centered to alert position.

Is also provide save before dialog with key short cut sane as Navigation
Services.

It works fine on my 8100/80AV, 7300/180, and G3 DT 266 with 8.5.1, but it
may not work well on 8.1.
