I have used Retrospect both at work, for 6 years on our previous networked Macs and now on our (uggghhh) NT machines (using a Mac backup server--hehe), as well as on my system at home. I really like Retrospect in terms of its backup performance, and we have never lost data, provided the machine was backed up (its up to the user at work to make sure they leave their system up ready for backup...). The only issues I have with it is in selecting files for restoring--I think the interface could be better in this respect. Chris Young
