Is there a way to make a field with text in it where selecting the text or
something would make it do something? Maybe even a link or something.

I'm trying to make a menu for a program in a window
and I don't think pop-ups would work, in this case.

For example the window says:

            Main Menu

      1. blah blah
      2. blah blah
etc.
and when clicking on the text it would do something.  Maybe even a clickable
area would work. But I don't know how I would go about doing that.
