When is he coming to visit you Jeff? Perhaps some reject David Cloud
because you, Bro. Fidel, and myself appreciate this man of God and the work
he does both as a writer and missionary. To me, he is a much better example
of selflessness and love and sacrifice than Mother Teresa. Yet, a look at
LifeWay will reveal that Mother Teresa is extolled and honored and revered
much more than David Cloud. I haven't checked but I dare say they have none
of his material in their bookstore but have much from those who have faulty
doctrine on some clear Biblical issues.

I know, some think God can't use David Cloud. However, I get his missionary
letter telling of what God is doing in Nepal.

I just checked his internet site Way of Life, which had 5505 hits recorded
by 1000Baptistsites, and over 11,000 hits by another counter, and these
hits were just yesterday. Folk that is over thousands a hits a day, WoL is
in the top 10 sites everyday.

Now I am not sure of all the admin. gifts in Romans 12. But one of them is
the gift of prophecy, prophecy is to Abhor that which is evil: and cleave to
that which is good. I think that is how it is to line up. Just thinking off
the top of me head. B-)

If that is the case then David is using the gift God gave him. Now I think
some say Peter had this gift and it got Peter in to a lot of trouble. If so,
then that must be true with David C.

Any who, David is my friend and we support him with our prayers and
offerings.

Jeff
