Brian, I have painstakingly tried to use the reference "those who engage in homosexual behavior" as there really is no such thing as a homosexual and if there is they certainly are not gay. I believe using 'homosexual' gives credence to the false notion that this is a valid identity, that you are born that way and cannot change. Homosexuality is what they do not what they are. I love 1 Cor. 6:9-11. Will pray that your father-in-law will come to appreciate this passage as well.
