Jerry, I want you to do something for me. Please get up out of your
chair, walk around it, say one word of your choice, and then sit down.
I'm not going to tell you whether to go around your chair in a
clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. I'm not going to tell you
what word to say. I want these to be your decisions.

OK? I'll wait. dum, dee, dum, dum ...

You're back? Good. Now, did you decide in your own "free will" to go
clockwise or counter-clockwise or did God have this predetermined? Did
you decide in your own "free will" what word to say or did God have
this planned?

Are you sure?

The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.
(Pro 16:9)

The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is
from the LORD.
(Pro 16:1)

Now if you can't independently decide to go left or right, and if you
can't independently decide to say one word, what makes you think we
can control the birth of a human being without God's direct
involvement?
