Just because you say it isn't so does not mean it isn't so.
If Jesus paid a ransom for all but not everyone receives the benefit
of this ransom then He didn't really pay anything for them at all, did
He? Show me an example of "ransom" being used for a price that is
paid but not received.
You accuse Calvinist of redefining "all" but you redefine "ransom." I
showed how Paul used "all" just 5 verses earlier to mean something
other than "every man, woman, and child who ever lived." It a valid,
biblical, exegesis to interpret "all" in verse 6 as meaning "every
type of man" since that is how Paul used it in verse 1.
The impetus is on you to prove why "all" means something different in
verse six than how Paul used it in verse one. And you must show how a
ransom that is not received is still a ransom.
