Are all sins the result of temptation from Satan?

James 1:14 says "each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed
by his own desire."  Won't the people born during the millennium have
a sinful nature?

Are you saying that a person is condemned because of his actions and
not because of Adam's sin?

If a person were able to live a sinless life (perhaps because of the
removal of Satan) would he be deserving of heaven on his own merit?
