I'll ask you then. What reference do you have for concluding that a cherub
"is a type of angel." Plus, how many types do you see in Scripture and what
is the distinction as to function?

It is not contradictory to say that Satan is a cherub and that Satan
is an angel. A cherub is a type of angel.
It is like saying this:
1) Emma is my dog.
2) Emma is a golden retriever.
This is not a logical contradiction.
What Greg needs to show is that Ezek 28:14 refers to Lucifer and/or Satan.
