Hi Steve

Thanks for the input.  I think this is good as well.
I'm having lunch with this pastor on Fri.  Interesting
thing is he is my supervising pastor, my boss in a 
sense, with the big church down town.  I'm in
a small church that has grown from 4 to about 40 
in the last year.
