Hi:

I have lived in three parsonages in my ministry, and have had no
problems.  Have not been invaded by anyone in the church.  They have
considered them to be our home.  When anything has gone wrong, I notify
the responsible people, have the necessary repairs (when needed) and
either give the bill to the church, or pay for it myself).  In any case,
have been reinbursed with no problems.
