AAMOF, a Reformed pastor here in East Lansing actually wrote a book that was published by Moody Press (yea, that threw me, too) on why he was NOT part of the emerging group. http://www.notemergent.com/ Now, I understand that they mean well, but that actually remind me of the old United Methodists: "Deeds not Creeds." Which means you start out with a strong theology and eventually wind up with fluff. :) I wish those in such groups well, but I do hope they rediscover the historic theology of Christian faith.
