So Jerry, do you pray to tell God what to do because you better than
Him? Or do you pray in order to change His mind because you know more
than He does?

Your reason for the animal blessing service was based on pragmatism.
It comes direct from your hero, Finney. Since you believe that man is
sovereign you therefore do "whatever it takes" pack the people in.
You turn worship of the Almighty God into a dog and pony show.
Strange fire, indeed.

OTHO, I believe that a Sovereign God will save people through the
Gospel and He does not need to resort to cheap tricks that diminish
His dignity.
