Some pastors have already retire while still in position of pastor. 

To me, Lord willing I plan on re - tire my car and keep on keeping on.

There is lots of work for men of God to do. No need to slack off for any 
reason. Might not be a ruling elder, but there is a place to serve, 
somewhere.
