Recipe: Bread Pudding
Yield: 6 Servings
5 x Slices of stale bread 1 ts Vanilla 3 x Eggs 2 c Milk
3/4 c White Sugar
Butter bread slices and cut into squares. Put in small casserole dish. Mix milk, vanilla, and sugar in saucepan and heat. Beat eggs in bowl, add warmed milk mixture slowly.
