Recipe: Corn Meal Muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

3/4 c Corn meal
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt

      2 ts Baking powder
      2 tb Sugar
      2    Eggs
    3/4 c  Milk
      2 tb Lard

Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add milk and melted lard and beat well. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven.

Note: Hot oven is 400 - 450 F.
