Recipe: Corn Relish #2

Yield: 4 Servings
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/2 ts Celery seed
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Sugar
1 cn (12-oz) whole kernel corn;
-- drained
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
2 Pimentos; chopped
1/4 c Chopped celery
Bring onion, spices, vinegar & sugar to a boil & add vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
