Recipe: Cottage Cheese Salad

Yield: 8 Servings
1 lb Creamed cottage cheese
1 c Chopped celery
2 tb Chili sauce
1 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Scraped onion
1 tb Unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Water
Salt; cayenne pepper and
-- paprika to taste
Dissolve gelatin in water. Mix all ingredients together, including dissolved gelatin. Put into mold and refrigerate.
