Recipe: Garlic-Lemon-Herb Rub

1/4 c Garlic; minced
1/4 c Lemon zest; grated (about 2
1/2 c Parsley; fresh, chopped fine
2 tb Thyme; fresh chopped 2 tb Rosemary; fresh, chopped 2 tb Sage; fresh, chopped
1/2 c Olive oil
In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Use the day it is mixed.
NOTES : Great on game hens and chicken before grilling.
