Recipe: Ginger Sauce (To Have with Grilled Fish)
Yield: 1 servings
1 tb Freshly grated ginger 1 ts Grated lemon rind 1 tb Grated onion 75 g Butter Salt and pepper 2 ts Lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together and put in a small saucepan. Cook over a very low heat for about 5 minutes then spoon over grilled fish. Serves 4
