Recipe: Lemon Mousse
Yield: 1 Servings
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
1 pt Whipping cream 1 ts Lemon extract 2 dr Yellow food coloring; up to -- 3
Put all ing into a bowl and whip as if you were whipping the cream for a topping. All the ing. come together to form a thick mousse. Put into serving dishes or glasses and chill 1 -2 hours and serve. Yummy and super quick!
