1 lb Ground beef; about -- (depending on how big the -- crowd is) 2 c Italian Seasoned bread -- crumbs, about 2 Eggs 1 Minced onion 1/2 ts Prepared garlic (I use the -- kind in a jar that's -- already minced) Italian seasoning Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into whatever size meatballs you like. Simmer meatballs in a covered dutchoven with a little water in the bottom until they are brown all through (you can cook these in a crockpot also). Drain water and add your favorite spaghetti sauce. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Cook up some spaghetti noodles and serve! I add some extra parmesan on top to serve.
