Recipe: Olive Salad

1 ga Olive pieces
1 8 ounce jar mild pickled
-- peppers
1 8 ounce jars pickled
-- cauliflower
3 lg Carrots, shredded
1 bn Celery, sliced
1 Bulb of garlic, crushed
4 tb Crushed oregano
Ground pepper to taste
1 1/2 c Olive oil
3/4 c Red vinegar
Drain and rinse olives, peppers and cauliflower. Mix all ingredients together; refrigerate for several hours. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin.msn@attcanada.net Source: The Pilot Cookbook
