Recipe: Pizza Dough (Gluten Free)

Yield: 4 Servings

1/4 c Milk; beaten with:
2 lg Eggs
1/3 c Cornstarch
2/3 c Rice flour
1/4 ts Xanthan gum; optional (see

      1 ts Salt

1/4 c Shortening; melted
