Recipe: Quick 'n Easy Mushroom And Bacon Pasta

Yield: 2 servings
1 tb Butter
2 Bacon rashers; chopped
150 g Button mushrooms; quartered
3/4 c Milk
3/4 c Water
1 pk MAGGI Sour Cream & Chives
-- Pasta 'n More
Freshly ground black pepper
Heat the butter in a saucepan.
Add the bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the milk, water and Pasta 'n More mix.
Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 4 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
