Recipe: Quick And Easy Strawberry Ice Cream
Yield: 6 servings
500 g Ripe strawberries
1 tb Lemon juice
200 ml Double cream
150 ml Mild natural yoghurt
200 g Heather honey
50 ml Red wine
Place strawberries, honey, lemon juice, red wine into a food processor. Pour contents into a fine sieve and pass through to remove the seeds.
Lightly whip the double cream then add to the yoghurt.
Add the strawberry mix to the cream and fold in.
Place into a sterile, freezer-proof container and freeze.
