Recipe: Sherry Cake

Yield: 12 Servings
1 pk Butter cake mix
1 pk (3.75-oz) butterscotch or
-- vanilla instant pudding
-- mix
4 Whole eggs
1/2 c Salad oil
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Sherry wine
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Nuts
Powdered sugar
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, sherry & nutmeg. In another bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon & nuts. In greased & floured tube pan, pour half the cake mixture then sprinkle half the dry mixture over that. Repeat with remaining cake mixture & dry mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
