Recipe: Three Bean Rice Salad

16 oz Cut wax beans, drained
16 oz French cut green beans,
-- drained
8 3/4 oz Red kidney beans, drained
1/2 c Prepared Italian salad
-- dressing
1/4 c Thinly sliced onion rings
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 c Cooked rice
