Recipe: Udang Lemak (Prawns in Rich Coconut Sauce)
Yield: 1 servings
18 Raw prawns; peeled and -- veined 2 tb Coconut powder 1 tb Chilli sauce 2 ts Fish sauce 1 ts Sugar; (in the fish sauce) 1 Beef tomato; sliced 1 31 grams sli onion
In a very hot wok heat one tablespoon of oil and add the onion and tomato, stir for a few minutes and add the prawns, cook them until they turn red.
Add the chilli and fish sauce (with the sugar in) and bring them to the boil. Finally stir in the coconut powder.
