Recipe: Zucchini Appetizers
Yield: 1 Servings
8 oz Cream cheese 1 ts Dill seed 1 ts Minced onion 4 ts Minced parsley
1/2 ts Garlic salt
Mix all ingredients and stuff into small zucchini boats and slice. Or, serve on zucchini rounds.
