Ingredients:
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 Pound(s) Chorizo, skin removed
1 4 oz chopped green chiles
2 16 oz refried beans
1 Cup(s) Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup(s) Shredded Monterey Jack
cheese
1 Teaspoon(s) Chili powder, or to taste
Directions:
Crumble chorizo in a large heavy skillet and cook just until the fat
starts to gather in the pan. Add onion and cook until onion is
transparent; drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook until all is
hot and the cheeses are melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips or corn
