Ingredients:
1 Carrot
1 Cup(s) Nonfat plain yogurt
2/3 Cup(s) Canned tomatoes, drained
1 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) lemon zest
Ice cubes, optional
Directions:
Cook the carrot until tender. Puree the cooked carrot in a
foodprocessor or blender and process until pureed. Add the yogurt,
