to350 degrees farenh.lightly spray 13 X 9 " baking pan with butter
flavored cooking sprayPlump raisins in a lil warm water 2 -3 minutes,
then drain combineRaisins, Milk, Eggs, sugar, Coconut, Walnuts, Butter,
Vanilla and Nutmegin a large bowl, add cherries and oranges with liquid
and mix well breakbread into large pieces add to milk mixture, mixture
should be moist butnot soupy, pour into prepared pan, sprinkle with
additional coconut ifdesired Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife
inserted in centercomes out clean serve topped with Orange
Sauce..Orange Sauce: Combine sugar, butter, and whipping cream in
mediumsaucecpan Wisk in egg yolk mix well. Cook over medium heat
stirringconstantly until thickened Remove from heat and add liquore,
