brand gelatin any flavor
1 1/2 Cup(s) Boiling tropical blend juice
1 Tablespoon(s) Grated lemon, orange or lime
1/2 Cup(s) Cold water
Ice Cubes
3/4 Cup(s) Light corn syrup
2 Egg whites, lightly beaten
DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling juice; stir in rind. Combine cold water
andice cubes to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until ice is
melted.Stir in corn syrup and egg whites. Place bowl in larger bowl of
ice andwater. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until gelatin is
slightlythickened, about 5 minutes.BEAT gelatin mixture at high speed
of electric mixer until thick andfrothy. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Preeze until firm, about 6 hours orovernight.SCOOP frozen mixture into
individual dessert glasses. Garnish withCitrus Curls (see page 9 for
