Ingredients:
1 24 oz frozen hash browned
potatoes thawed
12 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Pound(s) Bulk pork or breakfast
sausage fried crumbled
And drained
1/2 Pound(s) Shredded cheddar cheese
optional
Directions:
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Layer sausage on the bottom, then
hashbrowns, then pour eggs evenly over all.Bake at 400° F for 40
minutes. If desired, after baking 30 minutes,remove from oven and
sprinkle cheese on top, then return to the oven forthe last 10 minutes.
Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated untiltime to bake.Recipe by:
