Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Matchstick-size pieces
cooked turkey - use
kitchen scissors to cut
the
turkey into bite sized
pieces
1 Cup(s) Swiss Cheese, 4 ozs shredded
1 Cup(s) Mushroom Pieces, 4 ozs
drained
1 Unbaked 9" pie shell, Unbaked 9" pie shell
1 Cup(s) Half and half or heavy cream
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon(s) Mustard, Dijon preferred
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Poultry seasoning
Directions:
Sprinkle turkey, cheese and mushrooms into pie shell. Beat together
halfand half, eggs, mustard, salt and seasoning. Pour over turkey
mixture.Bake on cookie sheet in preheated 375 degree F. oven 35 to 45
minutes oruntil knife inserted in center comes out cleand and top is
