Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Ons, oil replace with
Broth
1 Onion
2 Apples, grated
1 Pound(s) Ground turkey, lean
1 Cup(s) Fresh bread crumbs
2 Egg whites
2 Teaspoon(s) S, sage leaves dry rubbed
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) S, salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Allspice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Innonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Saute onions until soft.
Addapples and saute until apples are tender.Transfer to bowl and cool
completely. Add turkey, bread crumbs, eggwhites, sage and spices. Mix
well. Divide into 16 patties. Bake about 10minutes for fresh patties,
20 minutes for frozen. Serves 8. Calories:206, Fat: 8 grams per
