6 Heads Garlic
1/2 Cup(s) Soy sauce
1/2 Cup(s) Sweet Sherry
1/2 Cup(s) Cider vinegar
1/4 Cup(s) Honey
Measure marinade into a sauce pan, add garlic and bring to a boil over
medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer vigorously for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, pour into jar, cool and cover. Leave at room
temperature for 2 days, then refrigerate for 20 days before using.
